AN AMAZING COMPANY -- DECADES IN THE MAKING
AERO BridgeWorks, Inc. was established in 1999 with a tremendous vision for the future. Starting with only four employees and a handful of small projects, we have grown to be the leader in specialty aviation equipment delivery and installation across the United States. The founders of the company worked tirelessly to create a remarkable foundation for a company based on taking care of employees and exceeding client expectations. Our company culture was established by a close-knit group who worked together – some days turning wrenches on a jobsite and other days sharing laughs on a front-porch swing. Our original leadership had a vision to mindfully develop AERO BridgeWorks into a premiere place to work for employees and into a trustworthy and reliable partner for clients. AERO BridgeWorks has consistently operated as an independently owned and operated construction company since our inception.
In 2018, AERO BridgeWorks transitioned to an Employee-Owned company, allowing all eligible full-time employees to jointly share in company successes.
Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) has been a resounding success, rewarding employees for their dedication, passion and hard work on our projects and fostering a long-term commitment to excellence and dedication to our clients.
Today, our talented team members are based across the United States, allowing us to successfully serve clients nationwide, in the Caribbean and in Canada. As we strategically reach new heights for our employees and our clients, AERO remains motivated by the original vision of our founders and the excitement of our current depth, range, expertise and capabilities. We are passionate about our projects and we are proud to be a trusted name in specialty aviation construction.
